Every year we take a little step further to participate in the contest and this year could not be less. Cada año damos un pequeño paso más para mejorar nuestro concurso de calabazas y este no podía se menos. Disfrutad las magníficas creaciones de nuestro alumnado de 1º y 2º de ESO y enhorabuena a nuestros treinta participantes que conseguirán positivos extras y ¿Quién sabe? Quizás algunos de ellos han sido merecedores de nuestros fantásticos premios y chuches que preparamos para ellos. Esperamos que hayáis pasado un Halloween de miedo.
We celebrated this important day specially in English, French and Spanish in the four years of ESO with different activities including videos, texts and the creation of the Indoeuropean Languages Trees in the first year of ESO. We enjoyed it a lot.

In this third term for the second year of ESO, the challenge was to shoot a video showing healthy habits of living and the discovery of certain types of food brought from America, as well as showing sports, drinks, statistics in Maths or physical activities to help being fit. The commercial is sometimes hard to record because it has to follow instructions from Spanish about the characteristics and duration and some groups got really long videos. We will try to solve this problem in future editions.
En este tercer trimestre para el curso de segundo de la ESO, el reto consistía en la grabación de un anuncio de televisión mostrando hábitos de vida saludables, combinados con estadísticas en matemáticas, deportes en inglés, bebidad o actividades físicas que nos ayudan a mantenernos en forma. El anuncio es a veces difícil de encajar por su duración, ya que tiene que seguir unos patrones concretos que se dan en lengua española. Intentaremos resolver estas dificultades en futuras ediciones.

In the second year of ESO we studied castles, dragons and dungeons, including our trip to the Alcazaba. We really had a good time and the results of some of the subjects are here.
En segundo de la ESO estudiamos la unidad de los castillos, dragones y mazmorras, incluyendo nuestra excursión a la Alcazaba con una gran aceptación y un día estupendo antes de las vacaciones de navidad.
This is our language assistant's corner for a couple of months. We will encourage students to go and solve all the riddles, phrases, tongue-twisters and a diary entry to write.
